Use in the sauna: The crystal can be placed directly on the sauna heater or in a soapstone bowl or on top of the sauna heater. 0.5-1 cm of crystal at a time is enough! You can use a spoon to help with dosing. The crystal will evaporate and bring a fresh menthol scent to the sauna.

A crystal that has fallen onto the heating elements of an electric heater can burn with a small flame.
